I am thrilled to contribute my expertise to The Entrepreneurial Development and Assistance Center's mission of catalyzing sustainable business growth.- Championed the launch of new centers to provide specialized support for women of color veteran entrepreneurs and returning citizens aiming to develop entrepreneurial ventures.- Led successful fundraising efforts to secure essential funding for the empowerment of women veteran entrepreneurs.- Orchestrated strategic partnerships resulting in the creation of new centers, further enhancing resources available for aspiring entrepreneurs.- Innovated and executed a wide range of developmental programs, including conferences, one-on-one counseling, workshops, and online trainings.- Initiated and hosted a dynamic biweekly podcast shedding light on entrepreneurship insights and success stories.- Navigated companies through the intricacies of the Department of Defense Mentor-Protege Program, driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships.- Collaborated with academic units at Morgan to infuse entrepreneurial thinking into with students and community-focused initiatives.

Taught over 100 students (primarily women) on the principles of entrepreneurship with the aim of creating a business plan within an 11-week training course. Other services to students included technical assistance with starting (focusing idea into product or service), operating (creating systems to better manage the business), and growing (creative financing) their business through strategic relationships with local entrepreneurs and resource providers (government resources, attorneys, accountants, financial planners, insurance agents, bankers, etc.).

Managed a $4 million loan fund for small business owners and inspiring entrepreneurs located within Baltimore City's empowerment zone.
