CurrentOnboard users, Windows devices, and mobile devices from a variety of organizations, including small, medium, and large enterprises, into Microsoft Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager), Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, and a range of other Microsoft cloud services.Provide Azure and Microsoft Intune policy configuration training to stakeholders, including information technology point of contacts, ensuring they are well-versed in policy setup and management.Configure Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies to align with CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and industry best practices, enhancing security and governing data flow across mobile and Windows devices.Implement and administer security solutions such as Windows Defender 365, Azure Defender, and Microsoft Cloud Apps, ensuring comprehensive protection and threat detection across the entire Microsoft ecosystem.Manage user access and authentication through Azure Active Directory, leveraging Conditional Access Policies to enforce security controls while facilitating user productivity.Microsoft Zero Trust implementation and administration, fostering a security model based on continuous verification and least privilege access.Successfully manage Microsoft Purview Information Protection, safeguarding data throughout its lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and other data protection standards.Document system configurations and established standardized build criteria for client environments, ensuring adherence to compliance standards across all Microsoft services.Foster transparent and effective communication with clients, ensuring they were well-informed about project progress, impending modifications, and agreed-upon service interruptions while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
