Placed in a fast-paced environment where product quality and security were top priorities, I teamed up with various groups to tackle our testing challenges. I created and executed test strategies that focused on key network-level concepts and protocols like TCP/IP and AAA security. By automating many of our testing processes with Python and working with Northbound interfaces such as CLI, NETCONF and REST, I helped streamline communication and improve efficiency. I also ensured our optical networking components met stringent security requirements. These efforts not only boosted our testing efficiency but also led to quicker identification and resolution of vulnerabilities. Plus, my completion of the COMPTIA Security+ and CySA+ with Ciena reinforced our commitment to high standards, ultimately resulting in happier customers and a more reliable product.
