In charge of designing, aligning, and managing the onboarding, experience, and relationships of mentors, funding institutions, government, companies, and tech startups in order to generate the greatest possible impact on the entrepreneurial ecosystem at Tec de Monterrey in Chihuahua. Our MTP was: To connect the best talent to generate the greatest value.The best achievements were:1) Incorporation of experienced international professionals in startups into the Network of mentors (USA, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Japan, etc.).2) Unification of the mentoring program for all Orion Park programs. I designed the platform model for the unification of the mentors and strategic allies. This was the analogy behind it " Parque Tecnológico Orión the world 's largest entrepreneurship ecosystem, owns no programs and mentors"3) Companies within the incubation achieved international recognition thanks to programs and the help of the assigned mentors.4) Co-creation of Lean Magic Canvas, the tool we used for creating magical experiences for users.5) Trip to silicon valley with a select group of highly passionate and intelligent people from the Monterrey technology ecosystem in Mexico. Some of the most relevant ant achievements were:1. I was selected by MIT Entrepreneurship Bootcamp 2016. (Brisbane, Australia) for my "IJAREM" Project. A technology-based Municipal Incubator designed for small municipalities to develop and promote technological projects. One of these projects, born here from the first batch of this, was accepted by the Nova Orión incubator (recognized incubator in Mexico) for the first time.2. Creation of more than 400 jobs. We attract several businesses to our municipality. The most relevant were Cinepolis (movie theater), MFI International (a clothing company), among others.3. Create a municipal tourism plan that would allow us to develop and enable roundabouts, squares, and tourism projects to generate economic income from tourism.
