This encompasses decoupling of existing solutions through a micro services strategy, separation of front, backend and integration services, and moving to a container - based architecture (Kubernetes, docker, API management)- Data strategy, from the identification of business needs (KPIs, metrics, analytics) to the enablement of the first data warehouse and data lake for Elektra stores and the visualization strategyAdditionally, I’m in charge of the administration of the budget for IT (CapEx, OpEx) and the project management office (PMO).
