Omar is a seasoned professional in financial services, sales and insurance with more than 30 years of experience; also result oriented based on his strategic thinking, analysis and always trying to generate processes of effective innovation. He has the advantage of having held positions from the base levels of some organizations, to the highest levels of management in local and multinational companies in Ecuador, which has allowed him to have a broad and balanced view in general of business. He has an MBA in the most prestigious business school in our country, with a great attitude towards service and teaching, so he was fortunate to be invited to be part of its academic cloister of its Executive Education in the areas of marketing and sales. He was chosen to the Leadership Academy of QBE (later Zurich), key moment of his personal and professional growth in his leadership habits.
