More specifically, how well-considered strategies for CX and EX can shape the efficiency and effectiveness of the activities and general goings at a IT Desk. It was a great opportunity to put my acquired design thinking mindset and tools into practice. This caused pleasant and satisfying experiences with customers and employees. Furthermore, it gave me insight and experience in creation of adoption content, knowledge base development, and communications for both internal and external purposes.

Ux & Strategic Design InternTinqwise Aug 2016 - Feb 2017HilversumAs part of a Joint-Masters Project (JMP), I worked in a multi-disciplinary team for half a year to develop a product/service solution. In our case this company was TinQwise, which is a company that that specializes in developing learning solutions for a variety of domains. The project we undertook involved the development of an innovative learning solution for the mechanic training program of PON Academy, a client of TinQwise. PON trains its employees to offer high-quality service in the car retail business throughout the Netherlands. During the project, I gained experience in planning and deducting user research, designing user experiences, strategic positioning, creative facilitation, prototyping, team cooperation, and management skills.The developed solution was a VR platform in which trainees could immerse themselves in a virtual training environment that reflects their work environment. In doing so, simplifying their training and expanding the possibilities. The final result was a combined effort of our student team and that of the VR specialists at TinQwise, whom developed our concept in virtual reality.JMP is an elective-part of the Industrial Design Engineering (IDE) Masters programs, in which students from the different Masters directions of IDE take on a project for a company of their choosing. -
