Recruited to lead the development and execution of strategic guidelines for IT action plans. Developed a multiphase plan to ensure HIPAA compliance across data centers, ensure disaster recovery and backup systems in place and provide interconnectivity between locations. Integration tasks include the addition of all corporate assets in CMDB, creation of accounts for Service Desk Integration. Deployment of Agents to monitor critical services and interfaces. Working directly with the Executive team provided support, and lead major projects for a premier real estate investment group based out of West Palm Beach Florida.• Desktop support and server maintenance at our main corporate offices and three additional facilities in the San Juan Metro area including Galeria Paseos Mall and Paseo Caribe Luxury Condominiums.• Additional duties include desktop & server configuration and installation, leveraging of Active Directory, and Group Policy in order to control access to network resources and corporate data. Implementation of a secure wireless network throughout corporate office, support for network switches and printers. • Major projects include the build out of a new office space on a different floor within the office building. Coordinated with service providers to provide a template for the network infrastructure and supervised the installation of all wiring and communications racks. Additional tasks include moving our servers, workstations, and phone system while minimizing downtime for out employees. • Additional projects include setup of a new sales office at one of the company’s luxury residential properties. Project tasks include coordination with service providers to install phones systems, and network infrastructure. Additional tasks include the acquisition and installation of workstations, VoIP phones, wireless access, printers, and smart televisions that would be used for presentations to potential clients.
