Meu propósito é mudar vidas.Desde criança eu já tinha claro na minha mente que eu iria ajudar a mudar vidas das pessoas de alguma forma. Eu me lembro bem com 10 anos, com um carrinho de mão, cheio de verduras e eu convidei alguns amigos para venderem verdura comigo. O propósito foi ganhando forma na minha adolescência, quando fui para o Senai e realizei meu curso de Eletricista Instalador Industrial. Logo em seguida realizei meu curso técnico em Eletrotécnica.Estou a 12 anos na indústria offshore, onde tive oportunidade de atuar por empresas como: National Oilwell Varco, Kaefer, SBM Offshore e atualmente estou na Subsea7, em dupla função: quando estou embarcado, atuo como Técnico em Elétrica. Quando estou no escritório, atuo como agente de comunicação, desenvolvendo o engajamento entre o onshore x offshore.Nesses anos tive oportunidade de trabalhar em Navios de Perfuração, Semi-Submerssíveis, Plataformas Fixas (sistema Petrobrás), PLSV's e FPSO de 3º Geração. Na área de produção offshore, venho desenvolvendo meu conhecimento nos processos industriais, como: Tratamento de água do mar, Sistema de Heat/Cooling Medium, Tratamento de água produzida, Separação e tratamento do óleo e gás. Além disso, venho me desenvolvendo no que tange operação de válvulas, segurança operacional, compressores e bombas. Já na área de manutenção, desenvolvi um forte conhecimento em PLC Siemens da família S7-300, ABB ACS800, equipamentos de perfuração do pacote NOV e equiapmentos de lançamento de linha HUISMAN (operação e manutenção).Lembra do meu propósito? Então, em 2011 decidi que ajudaria pessoas com ou sem experiência a realizarem o sonho de trabalhar no mercado offshore. Realizei cursos de preparação de currículo, entrevistas, paguei mentorias e hoje tenho contabilizados desde 2011 mais de 500 pessoas que tiveram a primeira oportunidade offshore através da minha ajuda. Então, agora, como Técnico em Elétrica Offshore, esse propósito permanece comigo. Certamente ainda há mais a aprender, mais problemas a serem resolvidos e ainda mais a serem construídos.
