Business Analysis Manager
CurrentResponsibilities:• Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize key business metrics and trends for Cisco sales leaders and improving data-driven decision-making• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform and load large datasets from multiple sources for reporting and analysis• Perform data modeling and create backend datasets, ensuring high performance and scalability in data analysis workflows.• Optimized heavy Hana Sql views and queries by reducing memory usage down to 80%• Develop automated ETL workflows using Python, SQL and Tableau Prep ensuring seamless data integration and minimizing manual intervention. • Work with cloud-based solutions, including Tableau Cloud and Snowflake, to ensure seamless data integration and reporting from on-premise and cloud environments.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reporting and analytics solutions.• Manage Tableau Site administration, including user access controls, permissions to ensure secure and efficient data access.• Conduct technical interviews to assess the skills and qualifications of candidates for Business Intelligence roles, ensuring alignment with team requirements and company standards
