 Led the implementation of the M&E field activities related to the Shelter Isolation Project, NFI/FI Distribution Projects, Cash Transfer Projects, and Physical Rehabilitation Project.  Planned field activities and coordinated with all concerned parties to ensure the efficient implementation of the activities.  Ensured the flexibility and adaptability of the monitoring process and tools to integrate amendments to the projects being implemented as well as any future projects.  Developed HI M&E data collection, entry, analysis and visualization tools.  Put in place an accountability feedback system to ensure the Do-No-Harm principle is respected.  Produced HI M&E reports and fed grant proposals and donors’ reports with high quality data.  Tracked and updated the performance indicators.  Managed a team of 2 to 17 M&E staff and ensured their supervision, capacity building and evaluation.  Led, developed tools and reported several researches and needs assessments.  Reported HI activities to ActivityInfo and RAIS.

 Developed and supported the Store Management System (SMS) of all PRCS hospitals and medical stores in Lebanon.  Isolated problems and developed solutions through formulating proper procedures and processes.  Created tools and checklists to track and monitor the store indicators.  Wrote timely reports about the work progress, quality of the data and tracked indicators.  Trained and supported the staff enabling them use the PCs and networks professionally.  Maintained the technical infrastructure of the sites (Networking, troubleshooting, Hardware and Software installation…).  Advised and participated in the purchasing of the IT equipment.  Performed the comparative bid analyses (CBAs) of the tenders of medicines and medical supplies taking into consideration many international and national standards and polices such as those of GoL MoPH, ECHO, NLRC, PRCS, and Palestinian Authority.  Developed and supported the "Medical Equipment Management System (MEMS)" to keep track of all PRCS medical equipment and to maintain accurate inventory (jointly with ICRC for 8 months).  Supported the Human Recourses Information System (HRIS).
