CurrentPrint operations and enablement, including strategy and technical execution for B2B Brands, Interior Design + Metropolis.Liaison Management: Spearheading client-facing communication with advertisers, post-sale. Efficiently collecting and tracking advertising materials for both print and online platforms, aligning with publication deadlines.Consultative Direction: Providing essential consultative direction to advertisers, preserving the integrity of publications' voice and aesthetic for adherence to brand standards.Internal Collaboration: Collaborating with internal departments, notably the art department and copywriters, to execute advertisers' advertising objectives.Production Coordination: Collaborating with the Edit and Art teams to generate magazine lineups.Facilitating the seamless delivery of files to the printer, involving tasks such as pulling advertising lists from the CRM and approving advertising pages via the printer portal.CRM Proficiency: Utilizing the HubSpot proficiently to track deliverables, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client notes and activities.Deadline Adherence: Consistently meeting deadlines as outlined in production schedules.Sales Support: Acting as an internal partner to sales reps across designated publications. Assisting in servicing advertisers' needs related to designated publications.
