Komodaa Monolotic Phase: - Restructure and redevelopment of Komodaa backend monolithic from scratch for better scalability and stability and improving development speed(PHP/Laravel/Mysql/Redis/Linux) - Redevelopment of Admin panel(React) - Create analytical dashboards using metabase. - Implement Komodaa wallet system - Implement Automatic cache out through different banking apis.Komodaa search service: - Separate search functionality by implementing a new search service using elasticsearch(PHP/Lumen/Elasticsearch).Infrastructure: - Configuring linux server and Deployments - Setting up sentry and central logging through ELK stack. - Setting up the company mail server. - Setting up the slave database for mysql and postgresql. - Setting up vpn for restricting access to the internal services. - Setting up the elasticsearch cluster. - Setting up disaster recovery for different services and automatic backups. - Setting up infrastructure monitoring through grafana and prometheus. - Setting up gitlab and ci/cd. - Create a data lake for datateam using airflow. - Chat & Hall Service - Implement a socket service using socket.io for sending event from Chat & Hall services to the client. - Remove chat functionality from monolithic backend core and replace it with a new service. - Migrating old chat service to the new service. - Implement hall service for group chatting.Recommendation Service: - Create the infra for recommendation. - Implement recommendation algorithms alongside the data scientist. - Monitor and improve recommendations.Teamwork: - As Komodaa started its growth I was responsible for onboarding new engineers and designing new service and infra alongside other engineers, in recent years I had the responsibility of leading the tech team.
