I am work in quality department where we manage quality of parts according to all drawing parameter. I am know use of measuring instruments.I am working in tool room (die maintaince) Department. where I learning work on Hps and Lps tool. which type of problems are generated in the tool and how to solve it.in our company mainly two types of dies tool are used it. It is uses for metal sheet.1) simple die2) compund die1) simple die = Draw & Blank operation are not make in a single stroke. it is different operation and also make different stroke.2) compund die = Both of piecing & trimming operation are make on metal sheet in a single stroke.
