Learning from the range of experience and global companies I have worked with, I have built a leadership strategy that is based on clear communication and planning, this is a path of many milestones, not just a big goal. Added to this with mentorship from the leadership of AWS, I have adopted a customer-obsessed mindset, which puts the business models at the heart of development. The way to deliver large-scale complex solutions requires a team to work extremely well with each other, using established frameworks for efficient implementation, such as Agile Methodology in building brands.When I am building a team, I look for expertise obsession; you need people who love what they do in order to find the design and development paths forward that actually work; staying on budget and time. I focus time on ensuring communication within my teams are flowing and each person understands their role to play and how that interacts with the larger goals of the organisation. With over 10 years spent solving business problems using technology, I have lead teams across a number of verticals and technical products. Operations are just as important as sales, I focus on the business administration and process management internally to keep a close eye on financials. I implement a methodic principle in all teams to maintain a clear road map for the business. Having completed Law School and working in corporate law, I took those guiding principles of attention to detail and the Agile principles to grow a strong, passionate & empowered team. I have graduated from the C5 accelerator course and the “startup course”, run by the professor of entrepreneurship at INSEAD business school.I am delight to say I also recently launched the worlds first Sharai Compliant Crypto Token as fractional CMO and taken a Fintech concept to market and grown it in to significant revenue within 8 months.
