Technical Business Analyst
CurrentKey Responsibilities :-Stakeholder engagements.-Status update meetings.-Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from inception to deployment.-Ensuring that all relevant information is captured during analysis sessions, including action items, decisions made, and any follow-up tasks that need to be completed.-Identifying product gaps based on business requirements. -Business process documentation using standardized templates for BRDs, SDDs and user stories.-Conduct the UAT sessions and collaborate with the client to ensure the solution is delivered accurately as per the requirements.-Train the client about the given solution and provide the supported documents. training document and User manual.-Evaluate the change request impact, document it and update various stakeholders accordingly.
