• Building long term relationships with customers to accelerate Software Development Lifecycle and Software Delivery initiatives. My team helps customers with their digital transformation by building great products and services leveraging Azure. Customers included large Canadian ISVs (Blackberry, Open Text, etc.), financial institutions (Scotia, TD, etc.), and public sector agencies (Metrolinx, RCMP, OPS, etc.).• Worked closely with Blackberry and Microsoft development, operations and legal groups to launch and support Office 365\BlackBerry Cloud integration services. • Led the New Hire Onboarding team to redesign the onboarding experience for each new hire in the Premier organization. Worked with the WW Readiness team to roll out the new approach to subsidiaries around the world. Delivered New Employee Onboarding Training across the European and North American Services’ organizations.• Grew the business by partnering with Sales, Marketing and Delivery organizations. Developed new offerings to drive Premier Developer Services revenue.

• Worked closely with customers, TAMs, Support Engineering, and Windows Sustained Engineering (WinSE) as the highest escalation point for all Windows Platforms support cases at Microsoft, often dealing with frustrated and upset customers.• Drove “Front of the Funnel” activities to increase Support Case Deflection. Mentored and provided coaching to frontline engineers by creating and delivering technical content including KB articles, whitepapers, and internal training documents\videos.• Initiated a Windows Sustained Engineering process to redesign and implement a new hotfix release process, resulting in higher CSAT, predictability, and quality for every Windows customer worldwide. Worked closely with customers, OEMs, MS field organization, and Windows senior leadership teams to incorporate feedback and implement the overall process improvement program.• Worked on many several Critical Situations for Walmart, Citibank, Vancouver Olympics, etc. that would have resulted in severe losses and negative publicity for Microsoft and the customers. Managed customer expectations and delivered a speedy resolution through research and collaboration with WinSE and external partners.
