Investigating the stability of the reversal of aging hallmarks via genetic and chemical partial reprogramming.

Improved cellular reprogramming by suppressing H3K36 tri-methyl reader proteins. Generated multiple knockout (KO) cell lines using the CRISPR/Cas9 system and evaluated their reprogramming efficiency by introducing viral Yamanaka factors.

Worked on the engineering of E. coli Nissle native cryptic plasmids using CRISPR-Cas9 for facilitating stable protein expression.

Involved in the production, quality control, and optimization of SARS-CoV-2 ELISA and LFA test kits. This included producing SARS-CoV-2 proteins, testing with human sera, and contributing to the commercial production pipeline.

I performed RNA-seq analysis to identify drug synergisms based on gene expression data. As part of this project, I developed a correlation analysis tab for an RNA-seq analysis application.

Developed a modular system to display functional proteins on bacteriophages using bioconjugation monomers. Cloned glycoprotein binding proteins into phage circuits for prophylactic respiratory virus prevention. Discontinued due to SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
