 Roles and Responsibilities:  Managing the Supply Planning of SCL and Hair Care Products of over 400+ SKUs Managing the SNP(Supply Network Planning) , PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling and DRP (Daily Replenishment Planning). Managing the RCCP (Rough Cut Capicity Planning and CPT for Capacity Planning . Monthly Demand Supply Reconciliation with Demand Planners, Customers and Brand team. Monthly Forecast review , Forecast vs. capacity analysis and target setting Weekly Demand Supply Reconciliation and follow-ups with Supply and Production Planners to ensure the deliveries as per agreed targets. Weekly reporting of Plan compliance to Business and Customer stakeholders Daily monitoring of planned deliveries, stocks levels at sourcing unit and distributors warehouses. Monthly monitoring of In Market Sales, Analyzing the Forecast Bias, communicating deviations to Demand planners for future improvements. Shipment Planning on Daily, Weekly and Monthly horizons to with available supply plans at fair share rule of agreed stocks norms to 6 countries  Review of Supply gaps & shortages and communicating supply risks to the market for target alignment and suggesting the tradeoff /opportunities to eliminate/minimize the risk. Managing the CCFOT and OSA KPIs to the agreed Service Level Targets. Managing the FG and RM /PM Inventories to the agreed DOH Targets.
