Working As Mechanical Application Engineer. Responsible for the selection of Pumps, Water Heaters, GRP Tanks, Filtration Systems and Attaining the approval for the same from Consultants.

WORKING AT JGC BARZAN ONSHORE OIL AND GAS PROJECT.in contract with faas trading.the main responsibilities there are• Review P&ID, GAD and isometrics and structural drawings.• Piping quantity assessment, manpower & machinery estimation.• Issuing of fabrication and erection drawings and lead the crew.• Preparation of BOQ/MTO from drawings and specifications.• Installation of piping systems, tanks and steel structures by using Plan, Isometric drawings and P & IDs.• Checking of ISO drawings, release for pre-fabrication of spools (CS, SS, and LTCS) and fabrication of pipe support based on the priority and material availability.• Supervise all Mechanical and Piping construction activities to ensure all the works are carried out as per project specification and schedule.• Responsible for piping erection and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, procedures, Specification, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings.• Perform quantity tracking and progress monitoring on piping, steel structure activities and static equipment installation.• Responsible for counter checking by Isometric/Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment.• Preparation of field piping system test packages, including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics.• Raising Technical queries for any technical issues and discussing with the clients to sort out the technical Problem.• Closely follow the Test-Packs & Preparing punch list of piping systems and ensuring clearing those points in consultation with client engineers.• Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.• Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.

Concentrated on erection and commissioning of boilers ,power presses and other related machinaries. Also involved in design changes of various machineries and its layout.
