Forming and management of a professional development team of 12 developers, local and global teams (India).  Recruitment and mentoring of new developers in the team.Lead the team professionally, with an emphasis on working methods and writing standards.Support for implementers, advice and guidance in analyzing and designing the system, including assistance in writing characterization documents.Participation in upgrade projects in various systems such as BW, GRC, ECC, and more.Convert databases from Oracle to Hana- Manage code conversion as required.Working with SAP's support including opening applications and receiving services.Support for tangent teams: XI, BW, conversions and development of services with external systems.Also serve as an ECC developer including the use of HANA in-memory technologies: AMDP, CDS, OData.
