I am a bar manager at El Vecino, a popular and lively restaurant and bar in the city center, where I oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of 15 staff members. I am also a student at Reichman University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in economics and entrepreneurship with data science. I have a strong interest in applying data-driven insights and innovative solutions to real-world problems and opportunities in various domains and industries.As a bar manager, I have implemented various marketing strategies, such as social media campaigns, loyalty programs, and special events, to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. I have also established and maintained positive relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality and timely delivery of products and services. In addition, I have contributed to the financial management and budgeting of the bar, as well as the training and development of the staff. Through my work experience, I have developed and demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving. I am motivated by the challenge and reward of creating and managing a successful and enjoyable business, and I aspire to learn from and contribute to the growth and innovation of other organizations and teams.
