• Overall local operational coordination that included production work in 3 company plants of local vendors in China. • Ongoing work with the project manager, plan next steps to improve product & adapt production work.• Responsibility over logistics, quality assurance and production work of local vendors, supervise production work versus existing orders.• Professional interaction with company’s quality manager and warehouse manager in Israel.

• Manage operational activity for an Israeli company with Korean owners, in a joint venture project in China; define and lead management position (that did not previously exist).• Responsible for overall production activity in 3 plants in China; work with local plant managers. • In charge of the supply chain: shipments – costs, schedule, destinations and so on.• Monitor orders throughout all stages: production, quality assurance and arrival to clients. • Provide professional and technical counsel in defining customers’ needs and prepare offers. • Deliver orders and production specifications to plants’ managers: deliver main critical emphases, monitor raw materials availability etc. • Manage and plan raw materials inventory; work with Chinese suppliers including negotiation and delivery supervision. • Production planning and control: monitor production volumes, adjust production quantities to incoming demand, and adapt capabilities to desired work volumes.• Responsible for quality control and assurance.

• Overall management of plant activity that includes 120 production workers; define policy, set targets etc. • Adjust work capacity to the growing volume of incoming work, during an intensive growth period; double numbers of employees and machines.• Reorganize work flow to increase capacity – lead and implement streamlining processes.• HR management: recruitment, managers’ development; work with external manpower firms.• Plan and execute efficient financial measures; successfully lower reduce costs.
