End to End Research and Development of Deep Learning procedures for AI Pathology.My areas of responsibility include: data mining and preparing the data for training, writing end to end Python code using Pytorch for deep learning in various methodologies (such as multiple instance learning), inference and performance analysis, etc.As a member in a small team I'm required to develop algorithms and procedures to support the model training: image segmentation, image registration, manipulation of datasets, hardware performance analysis and comparison, result visualization.My work requires being up to date with current methods in the field of AI Pathology, therefore it includes reviewing of academic papers and their implementation.
