Business Development Associate
• Conduct analyses and search for investments and new business development opportunities in both domestic and foreign markets • Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from pitching to closing • Monitor the sectorial developments, competitor strategies, market opportunities and innovations• Coordinating and prioritizing the daily schedule of regular meetings with potential tech companies to invest • Work closely with internal and external top executives• Deal screening: call and/or meet with prospects, evaluate opportunities • Prepare the draft of the evaluations about new companies & projects • Manage client and subsidiary relationships with functional and executive levels • Plan, track, control and manage all aspects of the clients and subsidiaries • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders • Perform due dilligence and valuation • Source early stage tech startups and conduct due diligence • Help portfolio companies to grow and scale
