Fully responsible of global green projects and circular supply chain initiatives with public & private entities in the field of metal and material recycling for Riwald Recycling. On annual basis, Riwald Recycling recycles several hundred thousand tonnages of waste materials - varying from electrical household equipment, industrial high-quality residual flows to complete trains and airplanes. These materials will be recycled into more than 150 different types of sustainable raw materials. Based on the position and expertise of Riwald Recycling, in combination with its high-tech separation technologies, Riwald Recycling plays a crucial role in finding solutions for global environmental issues. Our sustainability strategies are linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and we integrate innovative technologies for maximum recovery of materials. Based on our business strategy, consisting of the combination of the Trias Energetica philosophy and the 3R philosophy, Riwald Recycling invests in the latest developments, (separation and sorting) techniques, machines and equipment with the aim of processing materials to the same high quality. Thanks to our high-tech granulator in combination with our high-tech equipment – ​​double scrap shears, eddy currents, drum screens, wet separation tables, Infrared (NIR), X-Ray, metal sensors, NF fines processing and color sortings - we enhance raw material efficiency, resulting in that no 'new' raw materials are needed anymore, whereby materials are processed to the same high quality. During the trainings, students learn to apply negotiation behaviours and strategies, which are among others about building relationships, showing empathy, maximizing personal interests, but also creating mutual value. The Negotiation Project Twente (NPT) is a non-profit organization connected to the University of Twente, in Enschede. We strive to teach valuable negotiation and communicational skills to students and organizations. We also aim to disseminate hard and soft skills to (future) professionals by bridging higher education and the business environment. Furthermore, NPT attends yearly international events in which we represent our University through global negotiation tournaments. These events include The Negotiation Challenge and Warsaw Negotiation Round, where participants of our training program are selected yearly.Biggest achievement in 2019-2020: 2nd place in the category 'Best Part-Time Board' during the 'More Than A Degree Awards 2020.'

As Business Represensative, I do most of the preliminary legwork for potential deals. One of my tasks is to analyze incoming mergers and acquisitions by gathering information. Besides, I will be responsible for researching the market, presenting findings and the suggestions for merger and acquisition prospects for the business. After finishing my internship at Ben&Jerry's, subsidiary of Unilever, I am responsible for the implementation of Weekly Cost Governance (WCG) for comparative financial analysis; designing and building models for the identification of cost reduction opportunities. Additionally, ensuring the data used for reporting and KPI metrics is kept evergreen, and properly reported.

Under supervision of prof.dr. H.H. Schiele and dr. H.C. van Beusichem, I analyzed mismatches in Key Performance Indications (KPIs), optimized the forecast accuracy and provide recommendations for Ben&Jerry’s (subsidiary of Unilever) in which they can optimize their production process and supply chain management (SCM). Created and organized a ten-week study tour module, which is part of the minor possibilities that third years students can choose and is rewarded with 15 EC. The study tour module was available for Industrial Engineering and Management students and International Business Administration students. The theme and main research subject of our study tour module was ‘How do technological innovations impact sustainability of businesses within Singapore and the Netherlands’ with as destination Singapore. Within the organization committee, I am responsible to arrange the companies visits, making possible that we could do the research there the best as possible and being the representative of the group towards the companies. Next to that, I am responsible for the PR activities, how to interact with students, promoting the tour via different channels and to keep the contact with the companies. To summarise, my function can be described as being responsible for the complete promotion and entrepreneurial program in Singapore.

Located in south-east Amsterdam, it will involve at least six buildings close to the site of the new ING Headquarters. The idea is to create a space that attracts the brightest minds and connects people from all walks of life who are passionate about changing old ways and moving the world forward. It will be a community where they can work, live and socialise, with restaurants, sports facilities, labs and green spaces.Under supervision of W. Dankers and C.O. Alink as well as A. van Gasteren, I analysed facility options to all users and visitors throughout their working day/visit, and to address (latent) needs in an easy and seamless way, with smart campus solutions as result in the form of an application.
