In addition to the services rendered in the role of value added integrator, ARTI & ARTI, aims to meet the requirements of the customers in the field of Network and Security solutions at the same service quality, as well.My duties in this respect are as follows:• Establish a Network & Security department that is affiliated to sales department in the company.• Meet with all vendors and distributors operating in these fields and agree on the solutions to be deployed at the customer.• Organize sales and technical supports with the intended vendors in pre/post sales processes and prepare roadmaps.• Increase partnership levels with the vendors cooperated by taking right steps.• Coordinate the implementation and follow-up of all sales cycle within the company and ensure account managers to follow the planned actions.• Install a demo center infrastructure which gives all provided solutions on real time on the basis of 24/7.• Organize periodical workshops twice a month with our supported vendors in order to inform customers of the solutions running on the demo center, introduce the company accurately and create cross-selling opportunities.• Follow new technologies closely around the world and if necessary, bring new products to Turkey market and create new and different markets.• Visit customers and share with them our experiences related to the latest threats, solutions and technologies.• Our solution vendors;HP Networking, HP Tipping Point, HP Arcsight, Checkpoint, Trend Micro, Symantec, Mcafee, Websense, Cryptech, Citrix, Titus, TUFIN, Observe IT, Vasco, RSA, Juniper, SilverPeak, Infoblox, Nordic Edge, Cyberoam, VMware, Microsoft, CA, Veeam

• Develop sales strategies and statistics systems for information security.• Strategic security consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.• To do necessary R&D researches internationally to add new products in the portfolio and take necessary actions.• Serve as product responsible for security products that are leading in the market (Trend Micro, Tufin, etc), provide direct consultancy, pre/post sales and services/consulting support to the high enterprise accounts and partners to increase satisfaction.• Organize technical and pre-sales seminars & hands-on training to put the new technologies (Trend Micro, Tufin) into the market with the contribution of vendors and partners.• Increase the number and quality of partners, total revenue of IT Security Business and company awareness in the market.• In short, my goal is to help my sales team members to achieve the highest number of sales and to reach their sales quotas easily.
