As an Operational Excellence Supervisor, formerly an R&D and Laboratory Executive, I hold expertise and experience in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), and Continuous Improvement in various operations including, but not limited to, Quality, Health & Safety, Laboratory, and Environment operations.I collaborate with local and global stakeholders and teams including R&D, Sustainability, OCS, Laboratory, ESG, H&S, and Quality to manage operations and deliver high-quality products and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of customers, business owners, and other stakeholders. Through the years, I leveraged my expertise in Lean Six Sigma and other project management methodologies. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
