Operating out of 14 offices across Europe, MENA and North America, efficio help organisations reduce costs, improve internal processes, and upskill their procurement teams, enabling them to become high-value-generating functions within their businesses.Client: Osool Real Estate Development CompanyCategories: Construction and Development, Facilities ManagementRoles & Responsibilities:Manages the Procurement of packages as per policies, procedure and processes.Follows procurement and contracting Policy and Procedures.Assesses governance documents and suggests improvements to contracting strategies.Reviews End User Scopes and advises most appropriate tendering and contracting strategy.Examine scope of work and other information provided by End Users and/or consultants for completeness and consistency.Compiles and Prepares Tender Documents to be issued.Prepare comprehensive ITT packages: develop Expression of Interest (EOI) Pre-Qualification requests,conduct EOI / PQQ’s, evaluate EOI / PQQ responses.Floating RFP/RFQ with End-to-End Procurement process from pre-tendering, tendering and awarding.Manages the communication, bidder’s queries and Tender Addendums during the tender period withnecessary input from the End User where required.Coordinate and attend technical and commercial bid openings.Preform evaluation of commercial aspects of the technical submissions and evaluation of the commercialbid.Prepares recommendation for award for Notice of Award.Prepares contract documents for signature and execution.Issues Letter of Reward and Regret as appropriate.

Undertake the Procurement process for RFI, RFP, E-procurement, negotiation and vendor management within the categories above.Administers and leads cross-functional teams through the competitive bidding process, directs suppliernegotiations, and develops, evaluates, and selects suppliers in accordance with company policies.Negotiating, drafting and completing contractual terms for projects and works within the Category.Cultivate and manage key supplier relationships for long term strategic positioning.Lead commercial negotiations through to contract award or amendment.Own the development of category strategies including research and analysis (spend analysis, make vs. buy, cost benchmarking, etc.) to identify category saving opportunities and develop strategic category plans.Leads and/or participates in meetings with suppliers to rectify issues and to ensure suppliers are capable of meeting and are aware of the requirements and expectations.Pursue continuous improvement of process and technologies and commercial innovation.Provide expertise, guidance and training to others in the team on effective category management.

Analyzing technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, supplier facilities, and availability of parts and equipment.Interviews supplier representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to parts and equipment.To prepare and issue requests for quotations, Purchase orders &contracts to qualified vendors as per company-approved vendor list.
