My 19 Years of total working experience may be divided into 2 main phases. In first 9 years phase, I have worked on installation of sector related machinery which I worked in. After commissioning phase of the machines, I worked mainly on maintenance and production. In this phase, fabric finishing processes and yarn spinning in Textile then ready-mixed concrete production were my main expertises.Later in last 10 years phase, I worked in Facility Management field. I have experted mainly with Heating, Cooling, HVAC, Fire Prevention / Protection equipment. I have developed myself specially in the H&S, Environmental Management, Fire Protection, Energy Management / Building Energy Performance, Green Buildings Design and Near Zero Energy Building field. I particularly worked on Breeam In Use certification, Zero Waste Management, BEP-TR, YES-TR, Operational Budget Planning, Capital Budget Planning, Contract Management, Insurance Management.During My Facility Management Career, I also worked on designing Heating, Cooling, HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing systems for the buildings.I have led teams of engineers and technicians as well as various teams consist of different staff at all my working experience. I am a certified specialist for these fields; BEP-TR, YES-TR, Occupational Safety Specialist A Class, Energy Manager, Project Management.My future plans includes Energy Modelling of Buildings, Near Zero Energy Buildings, Passive Houses, Energy Efficiency.
