Nokta is a company that owns web sites from different concepts (izlesene.com, doviz.com, sinemalar.com, blogcu.com ...) which are widely used by people in Turkey. Used Java and Scala technologies to build an in-house ad server for Nokta sites which responses thousands of requests per second and 300 million requests per day. MongoDB, partitioned PostgreSQL, HBase and Impala databases are used to store objects belong to the system, large amount of data and summarized views. Coded the system, based on Spray.io, Java and Scala, works on several machines, distributed on the same network. Used JavaScript (basic and jQuery) and HTML to display ads on pages. Also, IAB standard video ad models (VAST, VPAID) are adapted.Used Play Java Framework, works on Netty, for ad server business operations. Campaigns, line items and creatives are created and updated. Their statistics are also displayed from these panels. Flexible ad operations, which are very important to response customers about custom solutions, are coded.Used map/reduce operations on Hadoop to analyze data generated by the ad server. This helps to understand user behaviour. That system classifies users for targeting on ads.Used PHP, Node.js or Java to create different web projects according to customer requests. Tens of micro-web pages/sites are written.Worked very adaptively for customers/agencies request. Produced fast and affective solutions for their problems.Used Java Netty Socket for doviz.com - a website displays real time currency ratios - to send real time currency values. This system can response thousands of connections on same time. Coded special Java load balancer for this project to distribute several machines in order to reduce general load balancer heaviness on sockets.Used Bind for DNS management over a thousand domains. Maintained Domain name management system.

Used Struts and Hibernate for web projects to be used in governmental projects. Oracle Database is used to store data.
