With an allied focus on furniture design and development, we have been able to provide a focused set of services that caters to a broad set of requirements.Retail is all about making the cash register ring, for the retailer and the developer. That’s why our work focuses on the customer experience – creating enticing spaces that draw people inside. In today’s reinvented retail environment, our work has evolved from new construction to repositioning and testing new retail/entertainment concepts. Triple Tree has now diversified its client base extensively. From an initial focus on the Textile and Apparel sector, it has now grown to service various spheres where monitoring and inspection are integral to the sustenance of these domains. My role has now grown into expanding our service base to cater to these sectors and work now entails marketing and the operational side as well. This extended view has also meant reshaping the existing infrastructure to cater to growing demands internally and externally. Work now entails extensive networking with new clients locally and internationally and keeping the core services aligned with their requirements in an evolving Tech Sphere.

Established in 2007, Triple Tree provides enterprise-level ERP solutions to companies of almost all sizes. Created to provide end-to-end, fully customizable solutions, Triple Tree develops solutions with a core focus on Inspection Environments. Incorporated within the system, QUONDA, PROTOWARE & VMAN provide tools for holistic Supplier Management while maintaining a close watch on other important parts of the manufacturing process. This way, all parts of the system are integrated into a single, robust solution, offered as a Cloud service.Each phase of the product lifecycle is vital, but for a true ERP system, all parts must work together cohesively. With our Open Source approach, our solutions are available in a variety of deployment environments, and can be implemented as an on-premise solution, or as a completely web-based environment. As an OS-agnostic solution, our products can be used on almost any type of hardware-software combination, may that be the PC, Mac, Android or iOS.

• Spearheaded the IT initiative at the school by developing an IT team on campus that could study various ways in which productivity could be improved and then made recommendations to senior management. This required a thorough understanding of how schools work from pre-school level to high school.• The online application is now fully functional and has streamlined processes from administration to reporting and billing. Throughout this process, I was involved as the main IT consultant in facilitating inception, development, management, recruitment and training of an IT team that has now grown into an independent IT cell handling the IT requirements of the school.

• Headed the design faculty for the department and taught the ‘History of Art & Furniture’ class. • Initiated the curriculum development of the department in light of regional requirements. However, I had to discontinue after the first term due to professional commitments.

• Setup the retail outlets for the brand in Lahore and Karachi. Sub-Culture is an up-scale lifestyle brand specializing in custom interiors and furniture.• Formed and headed the design team. Work entailed developing preliminary sketches with clients and supervision of subsequent design development with 3 in-house designers.• Responsible from the conception of design to actual translation at the client’s site.• Lead consultant in the company overseeing the operations in Lahore and Karachi

• Work entailed developing the outlook of the company for foreign buyers, which included a number of high profile companies like Nike, Philips Van Huesen, and Blue Marlin. The business is essentially a buying/trading house for the garment industry processing foreign orders through local factories/establishments.

Lahore

• Worked as the Creative Art Director of the company. The company developed various interactive websites and CD-ROMs for high profile companies in the textile and education sector. Work entailed conceptualization of the website/CD-Rom to deployment leading a team of four designers/technicians. • We worked for quite a few notable clients like The Aga Khan Education Foundation, Lahore University of Management Sciences, JWT Asiatic, Saga Group, Forta Industries, ICL-Boch and a range of medium-sized companies.• Through creative use of IT we were able to shrink the marketing costs of various companies and introduce the concept of paper-free work environments by eliminating the use of brochures/printed material in marketing while providing companies with solid marketing fronts.
