• Managing a team of 3 metallurgists in the quality assurance department.• Upgrade and Maintenance of the factory's quality system in accordance with relevant standards.• Management of external audits for ISO 9001, AS 9100, defense industry and automotive industry.• Handling customer complaints, performing failure investigations and implementingcorrective and preventive actions• Preparation and presentation of management surveys.• Leading the design and construction of modules for managing cross-organizational processes in the BI and Priority systems.• Overall responsibility for definition of processes according to customers' requirements,improvement and monitoring of existing processes.• Technical consultance and professional training to employees and customers.

• Professional authority for definition of production processes (coatings, heat treatments, etc.) and raw materials selection (metals, rubber, plastics, adhesives) in mechanical design stage.• Transfer from R&D to Production, including writing process specifications and work instructions. • Conducting training to production employees.• Performing experiments for processes and materials optimization, and as part of a failure analysis study.• Definition of qualification plans for suppliers and sub-contractors in Israel and abroad.
