Ensure on-time and accurate Vendor Purchase Orders (VPO) creation by coordinating with the Internal (Brand, MAST Sri Lanka & BPS India) and the vendor teams (MAS Intimates & Bodyline), in order to support the established RMPO dates for production, as well as troubleshoot any bottlenecks affecting First-Time-Through of same.2. Coordinate with the aforementioned stakeholders to ensure accuracy of VPOs (Costing, Delivery Dates, Quantities etc.) are maintained in order to minimize resulting liabilities.3. Run the weekly ZVO8 report to monitor & amend errors & anomalies on VPOs resulting in selling price variances.4. Analyze the weekly On-time Tracker Report and capture any agreed upon delivery advancements/ impacts on the respective VPOs.5. Run and analyze Salesforce & SAP reports to supplement management requirements, with regards to orders and delivery deviations.6. Update Compliance Questionnaires submitted by vendors for the respective styles on SAP.7. Coordinate with the brand team on maintaining order accuracy, and streamlining VPO related matters.8. Coordinate with MAST SL & Vendor Development teams to ensure costings are maintained accurately on Salesforce, and for any troubleshooting on VPO creation & updates.9. Coordinate with HK Finance on submitting & following up on approved liability portal queries.
