The second one is to improve organization processes.***Summary of Achievements for the first target: 1-Improving Project Management on a regular and coherent way. 2- Making a plan to assign human resources to projects. 3-Documentation of project information. 4-Creating WBS and scheduling of projects. 5-Preparing projects reports. 6-Preparing financial statement and progress situation for clients. 7-Establishing project management system regarding PMBOK V.06. and etc.***Summary of Achievement for the second target: I used BPM method to improve organization processes. First of all I utilized PHD (Process Hierarchy Diagram) to identify organization process. Then I prioritized process to survey by Manager opinion. After that we started to document, introducing KPI and improving process by BPM method. As a result the duration of doing works reduced and related documentations are prepared and work are been doing systematically. Show less
