Bilit.com is an online travel technology agency. I developed their product using Yii2 on a LEMP stack. Takhfifan is the biggest online group discount and deals website in Iran with more than 150 employees. They have a microsystem product which its core is PHP and some other services are based on Ruby. I've worked in Takhfifan as a product owner so I was responsible to re-organize their technical teams and other departments to be Agile. Also, I was responsible to develop, extend or do some changes in the business processes electronic and automatic based on the desired necessities of the company’s different stakeholders. During my product ownership in Takhfifan we could achieve:- Better implementation of Scrum, also we implemented Scrumban- Follow Joel Test, so fixed bugs before writing new code- Fixing bugs and implementing features with months history in the backlog- Decreased number of bugs and also the time of bug fix- By re-organizing some workflows increased stakeholders and developers satisfaction- Implement an automation system for the financial department- Redesign the website and app UI / UX- Release new services, products, and features

After a year I turned to the product owner of the B2C team. I was responsible to maintain products servers, developing a new custom B2C platform on top of Magento 2 with the ability to make developing new websites in a faster and easier way. Moreover, I had to perform some performance improvements, plus finding solutions to keep synchronizing data with DataLink. Besides, I have evolved some portion of development processes to be automated by a great amount. When I became the product owner we could:- Implement a new custom site builder with Laravel, a product to deploy Magento website automatically just in few minutes- Implement a data importer with Yii2 to synchronize B2C website and DataLink - Create a customized platform with Magento 2 to fit our requirements- Develop and build custom templates with 2x faster development time- Develop tens of Magento 2 modules, templates, widgets for our custom B2C product- Integrate Elasticsearch, Redis, and Varnish with Magento- Improve Magento page load time 10x to 15x faster

In the beginning, I was a Magento back-end developer in the B2C team, Nevertheless, in less than a month, I was appointed as the team leader because of my significant knowledge and experience in Magento. I was responsible to develop products furthermore led the team to develop standard Magento modules and templates.
