Having the passion for solving problems and setting strategies have led me to take the roles of business developer and advisor in various corporates and cultural groups and events. Starting from a sales person in high competitive markets to setting market expansion strategies have always been the challenges that kept me moving and motivated. As a people oriented person with a high level of communication skills, working in teams has always boosted my performance.My free time consists of various advisory and operational positions in cultural activities in form of hosting and managing events and rolling out cultural inititives and campaigns. Working with young teams and acting as a mentor has always inspired me, and led me to learn massively from the interactions rather than the other way around. Brainstorming sessions and also content creation strategies have also been one of my key strengths in working in the cultural sectors.
