As the head of the digital technologies development department, I was responsible for leading and managing various projects related to data, analytics, and IoT. Our department consisted of four main teams: Data ETL, BI Dashboards, Data Science, Advanced Industrial Automation, and IIoT. These teams worked on various projects that aimed to enhance the performance, efficiency, and innovation of Golrang Industrial Group and its sub-companies. Some of the major projects that I oversaw were:• Building various data warehouses that provided Business Intelligence dashboards and data services to all of the sub-companies of Golrang Industrial Group. These data warehouses included relational, dimensional, and cloud-based models, depending on the needs and preferences of each sub-company. This enabled them to access, analyze, and visualize relevant data for making informed decisions and improving their business processes.• Developing connected factory infrastructure by equipping factories with advanced industrial automation systems. These systems collected and transmitted valuable data from various sensors, machines, and devices in the factories, creating a smart and integrated production environment.• Developing some data-driven products as an innovative digital business studio. These products leveraged the power of data and analytics to create new value propositions and solutions for the customers and stakeholders of Golrang Industrial Group

I helped Golrang Industrial Group, a leading FMCG company, adapt and succeed in the digital era. I did this by creating a forward-looking business strategy based on the latest trends in the industry and technology. I worked with managers and experts from different sub-companies that offered various products, such as retail, e-commerce, cosmetics, food, and more. I evaluated their strengths and weaknesses and helped them implement their plans in two ways. One was through the Golrang Innovation Center, where I ran a corporate innovation program to encourage employees to come up with better products. I also joined a startup collaboration program to build external partnerships. The other was through Golrang System, an IT service sub-company, where I helped them develop innovative and data-driven products, such as customer segmentation, BI dashboards, HR analytics, dynamic pricing for e-commerce, and more.
