Executive Committee Member:Responsible for conducting the business of the corporation including but not limited to• Approving the annual budget• Chairing and working on committees to drive the key corporation priorities, in areas such as membership, governance, marketing/PR, sponsorship, purchasing power and knowledge share• Voting on changes to the corporation bylaws, membership requirements and other policies• Making decisions regarding violations to the corporation’s code of conductMarketing Committee Chair:• Oversees all marketing initiatives of the SSIA including PR, advertising, website, public Facebook page, membership recruiting and retention.• Monitors the marketing needs of the membership and helps to build and support programs and resources to assist with these needs (i.e. provides social media tools, webinars and conference workshops)• Is responsible for the corporation’s external-facing communication to ensure the quality, integrity, credibility and reach of the SSIA and SSN brandsServes as an authorized spokesperson for press-related matters and all marketing communicationsPurchasing Chair:• Provide guidance and policy direction regarding all Purchasing-Power efforts on behalf of the SSIA in its revenue generating endeavors such as equipment buying, t-shirt buying, credit card processing, insurance, etc.• Review all proposed programs and ensure value-add to the SSIA & members, accuracy and transparency (if negotiating/selling directly with brands additional oversight involved)Events Committee Member:• Responsible for supporting the Events Committee Chair with coordinating and increasing efforts by the SSIA for National events, tournaments, and social functions involving multiple association members

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and price sheets for engineering, procurement, construction, and project management proposals.• Member of commercial estimating team responsible for oversight of commercial issues including tax implications, currency hedging, royalties, etc.• Leading effort to acquire, organize, and analyze relevant historical data to assist in cost and price decisions and increase accuracy of future estimates.• Responsible for attending all cost review meetings and ensuring all procedural requirements are met.• Review all complete proposal files for accuracy of documentation to ensure audit control compliance.• Liaison for internal and external audit reporting.

• Responsible for vendor accountability initiative resulting in $100,000+ cost savings• Team Leader for Lean Building Blitz team resulting in projected savings of $65,000+ per year.• Created and stabilized new Build on Your Lot estimating process, leading to team member of the year award.• Responsible for supervision of BOYL Estimating Team and subsequently Community Estimating Team, including growth reviews and career development.• Coached team members to promotions.• Developed and maintained new and existing communities, • Built custom home estimates for 100+starts per year, surpassing goals for accuracy and speed.• Implemented system for competitive bidding resulting in significant systematic cost savings.• Team Leader for SWOT ROC initiative leading to drastically increased survey scores and enhanced internal and external customer satisfaction. • Created process documentation and established tracking systems leading to gained efficiency and more effective results.
