I believe that solving such complex problems necessitates adopting an inter-disciplinary approach which benefits from advances in different fields of science, technology, and management.Throughout my career, I have provided technical consulting to C-suite, strategic business management, and product management teams in the energy and tech industry. I have managed technical programs and product development in both academia and industry. I have led teams of data scientist, software engineers, product managers, and operations teams. I hold a PhD in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I authored 12 articles (cited 130+) and 2 patents applications. I speak three languages: Farsi, English, and French. I am an avid marathon runner, a cultural event organizer, and a mountain climber.
