• Manage and maintain strict budget control in line with the overall annual marketing departmental budget. Implement a control system in line with the monthly expense reports. • Work closely with product developers, researchers, sales and creative agencies to ensure our company brand values and image are followed. • Ensure all marketing, event, project and planning deadlines are met• Manage Product Launches by assisting sales and product development department with marketing advise and needs• Accountable for the entire creative process for all collateral and or Marketing Material• Generating names for new and existing products and services, implement new ideas for packaging designs, including shape, size, colours etc. • Overseeing the production of Video material, Radio, newspaper and magazine advertisements. • Liaising and manage relationship with art designers, copywriters, and printers. • Oversee advertising and marketing activities to ensure right message is portrayed. • Overseeing production process and workflow with art designers, copywriters, and printers. • Implement reasonable and possible to executable monthly and ongoing ideas to grow the entire internal Sparta brand. • Liaise with HR department as well as Health and Safety departments on necessary internal communication and implement. • Formulate and implement a structures induction program for new employees. • Manage Sponsorship relations, and effective implementation of Sparta brand awareness within the sponsorship term • Monitor market trends • Maintain and update the Sparta corporate brand and all elements of it on a continuous basis.

I consult across three mediums namely radio, print and digital media. The main role of my position is proactively seek new accounts, manage and grow existing database then present cost effective solutions to clients that best serve their business objectives, while achieving set revenue targets across all product lines.
