Lead PM for Magenta, a generative AI project exploring the role that AI can play in the creative space. Developed Variational Auto-Encoders (VAE) and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) that understand the intricacies of music, able to transcribe audio, and generate both rhythmic and melodic pieces.

Machine Intelligence Privacy Engineering Lead. Helped define and grow the ML privacy team, an area with challenges involving defining what privacy means in and for our ML systems and how best to ensure the protection of our user's data while still achieving our business goals. Key duties and areas include defining privacy patterns and solutions, privacy solutions architect, GDPR readiness and integrations, escalations and incident management. Also served as Privacy Engineering Lead for all Global Payments products and Infrastructure across the company.

Co-founded and wrote the image-recognition engine for D-Watch, an autonomous drone-based surveillance system. Integrated swarm tech, a control relay loop, and proprietary software to allow our system to execute completely autonomously to survey a user-defined area, automatically build and adjust a baseline, and alert on deviations in real-time. Designed computer vision system using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) customized for our purposes, entire system architecture, and incident algorithms used for alerting, tag and follow procedure, and low battery procedures for our swarm. Optimized image recognition engine powered by our custom CNN to be able to split execution between cloud VMs, a mini server situated on-site, and on-device (drone).
