The Annual Turnover of the company for the year 2017-18 is Rs.225 Crore.Key Result Areaso Accounting : Responsible for all accounting structure, Finalisation of Books of Accounts , Quarterly Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Account Statement o Sales Tax : Preparation & E-filing of monthly Sales Tax Return, VAT Audit , Arranging & Collecting of Form ‘C’, ‘F’, ‘E1’, & ‘H’ on regular basis, Professional Tax payment & return also face assessment, scrutiny & show cause notice.o Income Tax : Filing E-TDS return with Form 16 & 16 A, Conducting & preparing of Tax Audit report , Face scrutiny and show cause notice, Advance Tax Calculation, preparation of Schedule VI, Balance sheet & Annual Reports.o GST : Maintaining all compliance related with GST. o Bank : Bank Reconciliation, E-Payment of all government Taxes & Dues, bank Stock Statement for CC Account, Fund Planning and all other bank related works.o ROC : Annual return, procedure of issue of Share, also follow up for timely ROC compliance o MIS : Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly MIS o Budgeting & Costing : preparation of monthly, Quarterly & Half yearly Budget & reconcile with the actual, preparation of Cost sheet and also conduct Cost Audit Report.o Conducting controlling accounting activities of units, verifying the account of petty cash and ensuring its proper accounting as well as managing fund whenever necessary o Handling Statutory, Internal audit and Excise audit o Managing key accounts including, stores, preparation of purchase order, Transportation o Evaluating accounts receivable and looking after the preparation of debtors ageing report for management o Arranging creditor payment through RTGS/NEFT/Cheque
