 Designing, Modifying, improving and testing the existing product. Remotely handle problems related to bugs fixing , Database corruption , system configuration set ups to make the server processing faster and efficient, develop new tools to enhance the productivity of the Yield servers irrespective of all the integrations. Maintain and upgrading the database of the clients with SQL and relational database technology. Provide Field operations support to customers in accordance to with the terms of the customer’s contract and service level agreements (SLA). Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality field operations. Conduct technical training to team members and customers when required. Forecast usage and raise requisition for production consumables. Work closely with departments for the process, improvement and product quality assurance. Perform root cause analysis for technical issues and handle escalations from team members and/or other departments. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to IDeaS Software.  Review and take action based on SFDC/SWB Reports. Coordinate and follow-up with internal Clients such as Project Managers, Client Managers. Working on tasks and Workflows in the SFDC (Salesforce.com). Creating Dashboards and various Reports in Salesforce.com

Smart Wireless (bSmart) supports a wide range of products and services predominantly related to bulk messaging through its various product divisions Providing L3 Support including day-to-day database and server backup management. Trouble shooting of back up failures, job failures, recovery / restores. Reviewing Error logs Resolving complex incidents & problems MIS and SLA reporting Performance Monitoring Patch management and Data Migration Database Tuning Database & Server Maintenance Activities. Provided Consulting/technical support to clients & customers of wired/wireless ISPs.
