Starting as an intern in June 2021, I rapidly advanced through roles to become an Implementation Engineer, demonstrating my commitment to excellence and deepening my expertise in cybersecurity.In my current role, I led the end-to-end implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. My responsibilities encompass analyzing client business requirements, designing secure architectures, and ensuring seamless deployment and configuration. I excel in managing user lifecycle processes, integrating Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and optimizing access controls through RBAC and ABAC.My role also involves significant solution architecture discussions, where I estimate hardware requirements and propose HA and DR strategies to mitigate risks. I am proficient in configuring and managing various authentication protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, FIDO2, and OAuth2. My work extends to advising clients on best practices, security policies, and compliance frameworks including NIST, SOC, ISO, PCI, and Zero Trust.Well-versed in multi-cloud environments and technologies, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud. My experience includes configuring cloud services (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP Compute Engine), performing disaster recovery drills, and executing product migrations and upgrades. I handle data purging, manage API integrations, and provide hyper-care support post-upgrade to ensure smooth transitions.Collaboration is at the heart of my approach. I work closely with cross-functional teams—developers, system administrators, and security analysts—to enhance product capabilities and execute detailed implementation plans. My proactive engagement in client onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing technical support ensures high user adoption and satisfaction.
