Bharat Wire Ropes Chalisgaon (M.H)Working as Production engineer February 2022 - Present Manufacturing : Steel Wires for Wire ropes Galvanized wire and ungalvanized wire as per requirement of different sizes and grades.Responsibilities : * Handling production on 28 machines in the Wire drawing department which includes 24 inch, 22 inch,16 inch, 12 inch machines.*Quality observations are done on all machines during shift to manufacture High quality Wire for Our finish product Wire ropes.*Production planning for machines according to their capacity with available manpower and Raw material.*Cross checking and Maintaining material indentification for the traceability of the produced wires.*Providing plan and production targets to each machine to extract maximum output.*Maintaining daily production report for analysing the efficiency of each machine.*Performing R.C.A (root cause analysis) for and down time of the machine and providing efficient solutions to increase productivity and reduce down time.*Also performing T.P.M (Total productive maintenance) to ensure the machine's health is in optimal condition.*Monitoring scrap generation to minimize the scrap generation.*Training of workers for the improvement in production, reduction in safety violations and for the best optimal environment for production.Production engineer (Omkar Gupta)
