Working on Windows 2012 AD, DNS, DHCP, File servers, etc•Monitoring server's activity hosted in Singapore (Client side) on OPManager tool•Application servers and Database servers•Microsoft Azure Cloud VM / Application / DB Configuration•Nagios monitoring for in-house servers•Working on VMware ESX/ESXi 4.1, vCenter 4.0, HA, DRS, etc•Creation of new VM by using templates and clones•Allocation of space from data store to VM, configuring Networking, etc•Working on upgrades from vSphere 4.1 to vSphere 5.0•Working on ticketing tool and resolving tickets as per SLA•Raising Change request as per needs•NetApp filers space monitoring and doing necessary follow-ups with Storage team•Backup and restore with VMware Data Recovery•Using RDP, Remote Office Assistance to help user remotely•Installation & troubleshooting issues of different servers such as Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, and Installation of database Servers like SQL Server, Oracle 10 G/11G•Involved in integration of new technologies; manage networks; and apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to the operating system for better performance in terms of application and physical•Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices•Involved in Planning and implementing server upgrades, maintenance fixes•Maintaining and Monitoring Antivirus Server and updates

Responsible to deployment team performing activities related to system implementation, upgrades, and installation of applications and Window update•To provide remote infrastructure support on various tier 3/4 technical issues to global customers on Microsoft platform•Windows server support and management duties includes systems administration, monitoring and management, process automation, support of server remediation initiatives, support of backup & virtualization and troubleshooting problem resolution•Co-ordinate with Server Expert Teams to resolve the application and network issues

To troubleshoot the problems faced by users such as machine hanging, some software related issues, mailing issues, Installation of Operating System such as Windows Xp, Windows Vista, Linux (Red Hat, Fedora, Sun Solaris) etc•This also includes Laptop Support•Installation & troubleshooting issues of different servers such as Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, and Installation of database Servers like SQL Server•Some hardware related issues such as to change the Power Supply, RAM, HDD, LAN Card•Crimping to Patch Cords•To check all the machines, laptops & Servers are in network•Calling hardware service Support Team for different parts replacements, Calling Vendor for Quotation•Checking antivirus update on user's machines
