 Handling production in shift. Ensure machine capacity and its condition for better production. Maintain good relation with our peers and use these relations for good production output. Maintain the machine periodically. Follow the shift plan production. Use all safety practices on shop floor.  Verify that all quality related activities are in accordance with standard. Taking corrective and preventive actions for any non conformance occurs. Implementation of action necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement ofprocess. Review and updating of control plan, SOP & Quality plan. Hands on experience with defect analysis and Quality Inspection at final stage. Manpower balancing for final inspection at CDW & ERW department. Supervision in final inspection of the product at CDW & ERW department. Adequate experience in line inspection to maintain quality of product at draw benches,straightening machine , cutting machine resp. Maintaining inventory of the all the tube bundles , rejection and scrap resp. Taking corrective decision on rejections and rework them. Attend customer complaint & resolve them. Work on root cause analysis.
