- Preparing & releasing Bucket wise/3 days Production plan/Production orders in SAP, vendor delivery schedules and ensuring compliance- Review daily Plan vs. Actual for In-house production & Job workers and take necessary actions.-Preparing monthly material requirement plan & sending schedules to vendors/subcontractors aligning to monthly budgeted plan received from Marketing-Responsible for Subcontracting/Jobworking, Assembly & line feeder planning for optimum capacity utilization.- Responsible for Procurement of high volume items including Casting,Stamping,Copper,Sheet Metal,Shaft,Packing material etc along with B& C-Class materials for LVRM motor division.- Inventory Management- Regular reviews & analysis of Min-Max levels, Age wise inventory reports, COGI, stock variance analysis and take action to control cost- Get material in match as per the Inventory standards set base on TQM drive.-Responsible for monthly stock take activities and reconciliation of stock under supervision-Multi Skilling Manpower, Track & improve Machines, Assembly Capacity utilization-Raising Engineering & maintenance requirement for Improvement.-Responsible for 5S, proper housekeeping on shop floor along with EHS compliance- Identified various Kaizen and performed HIRA in production system for lean manufacturing.

▪️Executing production orders as per schedule by routine manpower and processes to meet daily targets.▪️Cordinate with departments and gather information on materials and orders in progress.▪️Ensure 5S program and it's elements are being followed on daily basis in production department.▪️Conducting OEE of production line and improving it.▪️Upkeeping machines by timely releasing it for preventive maintenance,▪️Resolve Quality issues with team by using QC tools.
