Working as a senior consultant within Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) practice

The team was based in Belgium and was transitioned to India in Sep’17-Dec’17. I was a key member to transition the process to Infosys India team. The transition was successful and we went live from January 2018. Key Responsibilities:• Actively supporting all the new improvements and implementation/integration projects and enhancements in SAP APO-SNP Module for Global DRP planning from global supply planning team. • Coordinating with different stakeholders from business and IT side to enable smooth project execution, GAP Analysis, Designing, Finalizing Requirements and Performing UATs etc. • Provide technical support to the planners for their daily planning tasks, handling regional supply network changes, planning parameter changes etc. • Maintain client relationship through active communication and actions to drive better output as a team.

Handling deployment activities of FG across North America, planning supply network using SAP APO, managing inbound and outbound planning for key warehouses in Texas region.
